Our organization seeks to achieve positive changes in the community through its projects. People from different walks of life joined in and founded this organization. The organization has set forth by- laws and objectives for efficient management of its service. It has a three-tier system of governance, headed by a governing body and under this governing body there is an executive committee. There are sub-committees for implementing the individual projects. These sub-committees function under the guidance of executive committee. This committee evaluates each project at the board meetings held at regular intervals. The organization also has a definite financial plan and internal monitoring system in order to access and augment its project service.
