The organization at present has 200 members and some of its past and current activities are as follows:
- Prevention of HIV/ AIDS among Injecting Drug Users at Guwahati.
- Rehabilitation of Commercial Sex Workers.
- Prevention of HIV/AIDS among Transport Workers.
- Targeted Intervention project on HIV/AIDS for Female Sex Workers and Migrant labor.
- Capacity enhancement training program for staff of Injecting Drug Users (TI) projects of Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh.
- State Training and Resource Centre on HIV/AIDS.
- Care for elderly persons.
- Education on Road Safety Measures.
- Health Camp, Nutrition/ Anemia Prevention camp for women.
- Rural Development – Village Level Workshop for Women Empowerment.
- Adolescent Counseling.
- Family Counseling.
- Shelter home for the survivors of Trafficking in Persons “Ujjawala” supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.
- Shelter home for destitute women and their children. “Swadhar” supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.
- Combat trafficking of children for commercial sexual exploitation in Assam.
- Health care targeting women and adolescent girls.
- Awareness generation program against alcohol and substance abuse.
